It is part of my Master's thesis, and therefore also, a questionnaire is available. 

I would really appreciate any participation! It would help me out so much to gather data. In return, just have fun with the game! 

The questionnaire can be found in the zip folder downloaded here, and it contains every instruction needed. It also comes with a bug report sheet if you find anything.
